Note: For this to work, your form must have an EMAIL field in the form, so the system knows who to send the confirmation email to.

 

Click on APPS>FORMS>MANAGE. For the form you want to send a user notification to, hover over the ‘cog icon‘ and click on NOTIFICATIONS.

Click on ADD NEW button.

FILL OUT THE FORM WITH THESE SETTINGS:

NAME: User Notification

SEND TO: Select a field > Email

FROM NAME:  (Enter the name of your church here)

FROM EMAIL: noreply@churchname.com  (where churchname.com is your own church domain name)

You can ignore REPLY TO & BCC fields, if you wish.

Fill out SUBJECT & MESSAGE fields with whatever data you want. If you leave the {all fields} tag in there, it will show ALL the form data.

When done, click on SAVE NOTIFICATION at the top right.
