Click on APPS > Slideshow (Frontpage) in the user menu on left of page OR click the MANAGE / RE-ORDER button, located at the top left of the slideshow itself on your actual home page.
You will see a list of your slides.
You can drag them in the order you wish. It will automatically save without doing anything else.
