Linking text or image to another URL
Go to the page you want to insert the link into and click the edit page button at the top right of the web page.
Once inside the editor, highlight the text you want to turn into a link and simply click the LINK button located in the WYSIWYG editor toolbar menu .
You can either outright type in the full URL of the web page you want to link to or, if it’s in the website somewhere, start typing the page title there. A drop down of pages will show below it to choose from.
Click on the page from the search results that you want to link to and click APPLY. (if you want to open the link in a new tab, click the little settings icon next to the apply button and check the box you see there at the top of the popup window that lets you link to a new tab).
You can watch the video below to see this in action:
Link to a tab
You can link directly to a specific tag. So if you had 2 tabs on this page www.church.com/ministries/youth and you wanted to link to the ‘high school’ tab in the youth page, you would just use this link: www.church.com/ministries/youth/?target=high-school
