IMPORTANT: All MP3 files need to be under 35MB when uploading to the sermon manager.

USING YOUR OWN MP3 FILE SOFTWARE

If you have existing sermons you want to convert to lower file size, a free tool we recommend is https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/free-video-converter.html

Choose either 48 or 64 kbps as the rate it saves the file at in the settings (Using 128kbps is typically unnecessary for sermon audio and increases the file size a lot)

Sometimes setting file to mono instead of stereo will help too but is not always necessary.

There shouldn’t be any noticeable loss in quality if you keep it around 64kbps.

CONVERTING FROM CD AUDIO TO MP3 FILE

You will first need to download and install Wondershare FREE video converter:  https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/free-video-converter.html

Once installed, you add the file on the left area (the file from the CD or existing mp3 file you want to downsize)

On the right side column, you would choose your output format (MP3).

Click the little settings link at the bottom of that sidebar. Change the bitrate to 32 or 48kbps and click OK.

Then click the big blue CONVERT button at bottom right. This should produce a file under 35mb.
